Queen of the Frostwolves - Orc with wolf Giclee print

This is my first tribute to Draka, from World of Warcraft. She’s a character that was minimally explored until WoD expansion but from that appearance plus her origins portrayed in manga version and her small role in the movie where she only delivered Thrall she has become one of my favorite characters from the World of Warcraft universe.

Born weak and judged harshly for her being “unfit” for the Frostwolf clan, she was convinced by Mother Kashur that there was a cure for her sickly body and she went on to a dangerous mission to find the ingredients for said miraculous potion. She was victorious in her hunt and as she returned home, Kashur revealed the hunt had been the cure itself. Draka was strong and didn’t surrender in her quest. The story just says Durotan noticed her after she returned “proud and beautiful”.

For me her character is a great example of not accepting defeat against anything our life surprises us with. To find answers, to believe there’s a way. Giving her just the role of our beloved Warchief’s mother fell short against how amazingly inspiring she is!

This print has been made at home with UltraChrome HD ink and 310gsm/80lb semigloss 100% cotton rag paper with no optical brighteners added to add a long life to your print as long as it’s kept under normal conditions (away from direct sunlight and/or humidity).

Prints come with an acid free clear bag and backing.

Note: Colors might differ depending on your display.
